The installation of your carpet in my home last Tuesday went very well. The carpet looks great! I was very impressed that your crew showed up early and worked until almost dark to get this big job done in one day. Everyone on your installation crew represented your company well. Javier was the crew leader. He was very polite with us, managed the crew well, and worked very hard all day long. He even made sure the little things were done at the end of the day to make sure we were satisfied. Christopher and Guillermo showed an incredible work ethic too. All the men were very courteous with us, and they worked like horses! Thanks again for sending such a great installation crew. They are clearly an “A” team!

Mark and I wanted to thank you Arthur for working with us on our recent carpet installation project. You were so helpful from the first time we came into the store, through our decision making process, into the measure and final purchase. Choosing carpet, knowing you will have it for a number of years is most often a tough decision. Your expertise on the various brands, types and fiber makes of the different carpets was a big help in guiding us in the right direction for our purchase. In addition, we were so happy when you told us that the installation would follow your measure, based upon our availability, which was within a few days. When an exciting purchase is made on something like carpet, you typically want the install to happen sooner rather than later, which you made happen. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job. Overall we are so happy with the entire process! I will definitely recommend America’s Finest Carpet Company to anyone we know that is looking for new flooring!

As our salesman, Arthur showed us so many selections, and he gave us time to really look at everything. In the end, we made a decision to go with Vinyl Tiles and we are amazed at how unique they look. Thanks again for your professionalism and friendship. Look forward to working with you again in the future.

Rik, I want to thank you and the men that installed the carpet. The whole process was incredibly painless and surprisingly easier than we thought. My dad is happy because he carpet matched the tile in his bathroom! Again Rik, thank you for going above and beyond what we expected.

Removing all floor coverings and installing 20 inch tiles throughout a furnished 1400 square foot condo is a daunting undertaking. But thanks to the skilled staff at America’s Finest Carpet 7475 Mira Mesa Boulevard the inconvenience and cost was well worth it. We are very pleased with the light clean line of the beige porcelain tile flooring. We considered the whole range of floor coverings of wood, vinyl, carpets and tiles with the patient, professional help of Jim Bilderback in sales. He refrained from “steering” us and remained in contact from start to finish. Hector and his crew prepared our concrete slab with not only a fracture guard membrane but also an additional slip shield for a worrisome crack. We are confident this careful installation will prevent problems down the road. He planned the work to minimize our inconvenience; one of the two bathrooms was available during the ten days of work. The rolls of old padding carpet and other debris were removed and premises left broom clean. Thank you America’s Finest Carpet.

Hello Arthur. I want to thank you and your installers for GREAT service. As you know I was setting up a new office here in La Mesa and I was in a time crunch. You were excellent at giving me different options for the carpet and pricing. The customer service and communication I received during this transaction was EXCELLENT. I really feel you went out of your way to accommodate my timeline. Once my choice was made and approved you made sure that the installation was done the same week. Your installers were professional and friendly also. Thank you for great service and in the future I will definitely refer any friends to you. This experience made things a lot easier as I was in a tough spot time wise. P.S. EVERYONE LOVES THE CARPET!! Which makes for a happy boss!

I needed flooring in a rush for a rental unit. Sorry for the other reviews but we knew what we needed as were installing ourselves. Went there 1st in our price shopping trip found what we needed & then were able to call in the order later with the rep….would definitely use them again for laminate flooring.
