Companies like to make claims about how important customer service is and how great theirs’s is however when given the opportunity to demonstrate this they often fall short. Our recent experience with America’s Finest Carpet not only met but exceeded our expectations. Each and every time the opportunity arose to demonstrate your customer service standards you came thru and not with just one employee but everyone we dealt with including your install contractors which is pretty amazing. Starting with you John, we emailed you on several occasions with questions and you responded back the same day if not within hours. As you promised the luxury vinyl looks Great, carpet looks Great as well as the baseboards! Dealing with one company to co-ordinate everything really took a lot of the headache out of this project. The service desk called multiple times to insure we were ready for the install and the dates still worked. Some baseboards were damaged, but the delivery person immediately called and arranged replacements be sent out- No hassle! Francisco delivered the baseboards the next day reviewed everything that was scheduled and provided confidence that everything would go as planned. Another customer service opportunity! Monday, Joe and Esteban showed up on time smiling and ready to work. We appreciated they were not only willing but happy to set a schedule that was considerate of the neighbors since this was a condo. Every time I asked Joe something he was courteous and willing to accommodate. Joe & Steve did a very professional job and we are Very happy. Another small snag arose with the baseboards (I like to think of these as opportunities to demonstrate your customer service) I spoke with Victoria and she made sure we got what was needed and expected. Armando made a special delivery on Saturday, so we could stay on schedule. Another customer service opportunity :-). Roberto came out to install the carpet and remaining baseboards and also did a great job! He was very friendly and accommodating and tried to minimize the disruption in the drive measuring and cutting the padding & carpet as the HOA is very strict. When cleaning the condo, the next day I notice something I thought was odd. I sent Joe a text, he immediately responded and explained why he did what he did. Another opportunity to demonstrate your employee’s commitment to customer service! I spoke to Victoria again as John was tied up with a customer. I sent pictures and explained our renter was moving in 3 days and we’d really like to resolve prior if at all possible. She completely agreed and said no problem it would get resolved but may take a couple days. Another customer service opportunity! Francisco showed up today and stated what was done was standard with closets but was happy to correct the issue, Another customer service opportunity! I have never dealt with a company who has demonstrated their commitment to customer service on So many occasions and by So many individuals, it’s really nothing short of amazing. America’s Finest Carpet is lucky to have such a dedicated staff!! Well, this is my rather lengthy story but wanted to share and say Thank You again to everyone we dealt with on this project. We plan to share our experience with others and will definitely use you again when the opportunity arises!

About 6 months ago my wife and I had purchased a new home. After picking out our flooring through the builder, neither one of us were completely satisfied. Driving around looking for furniture, we saw America Finest Company store and just for kicks we decided to see what they had to offer and if there was going to be any difference in the price. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Charlynn. From that moment forward we were treated with the most upmost respect. Charlynn was very knowledgeable about hardwood floor and the carpet. Even though both were much better than the ones we picked out at the builder, and the price was about 11k cheaper, we really struggled to go with them. This was going to set us back from moving in for the holidays. After thinking it through a couple of days, we decided that 11k in our pocket and both products so much better, that we would forego the holidays and that in the long run we would be much happier. After 2 weeks of tearing out carpet, busting out tile and a big mess in our new home, we still were wondering if we had made the right choice. Then the install started. We were so excited to see the hardwood floor and carpet going in. We had a couple of minor problems with our hardwood, but each time, everything was taken care of immediately, thanks to Charlynn, Brian, Francisco and the installers. When everything was done, my wife and I were very happy with our decision. If we ever bought another new home, we would straight back to Americas Finest Carpet again.
