My name is Lee and I am connected with the Contractor’s Board. I recently had my house upgraded with tile, carpet, baseboard, and decorative rock put on the fireplace. I first went to Sid’s and got a quote. Then I went to America’s Finest Carpet and started working with Patrick. He was very informative and helpful with a no pressure sale style. He gave us his best bid and way outbid Sid’s with the same product.

Their installers were amazing! Santos and Arturo were very punctual, hardworking, and dedicated to meeting our deadline. Saul the supervisor was always available to answer any questions. Their work was outstanding! Excellent installation, cleanup, and wrap up.

If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go back to Patrick and America’s Finest Carpet and of course ask for Santos and Arturo. I highly recommend America’s Finest Carpet for pricing, professionalism, and timely delivery.

I went to a few different flooring companies searching for carpet and laminate. I had a wonderful experience when I went in to their Convoy location. Lorenzo, a younger gentlemen helped me pick out the material and spent a few hours with me explaining all my options, he really knew his stuff so I finally felt comfortable spending my money with this company, as far as the installation goes they were very respectful and quick about their work, couldn’t find anything wrong with the carpet or laminate and I’m happy with my new floors, I would also recommend this company to anybody, they have their own worker no subcontractors, they explain were all your money is going and most importantly they didn’t cut any corners. My sister also did her whole home with Lorenzo and she was very happy with the installation and service. If you’re looking into doing flooring any time soon AFCC is the place.

We did not experience any of the negatives described in many of these reviews. Our salesman, John Miller, figured out exactly what we wanted and gave us several viable options. He then came to our house so we could finalize our selection. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. There was no pressure, and he did not offer to take ten percent off if we signed a contract right then and there (another company we were looking at did that). It took about ten days or so for the flooring to arrive, and then it needed to sit and acclimate for three days. The installation also went perfectly. The guys came on-time, expertly moved our furniture, and then expertly installed our hardwood flooring in less time than they planned. There was one minor glitch, and they immediately sent out an inspector to fix the problem. In terms of price, installation was exactly the same as other companies. The wood was more expensive, but that is because we chose more expensive wood. All told, I highly recommend them.
