We had a most excellent experience at the Cardiff location with Serena as our guide! She found the wood flooring to match the 20-year-old existing wood floor. We ordered it and had to wait but she kept us informed every step of the way then we found a beautiful carpeting and got a wonderful discount that she told us about for Karastan days! Segway to our installers that were installers extraordinaire.!! Starting with the wood floor delivery guy who went out of his way to deliver our hardwood on Saturday so it could sit for two days and cure was “ Candi”The Wood floor artisans were Angel, Oscar And Juan… ( their father had been an America’s finest employee for years! ) The carpet artisans were Enrique, Javier and David! They also went above and beyond to accommodate us!! I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone! May I add that Ardella in the scheduling office was darling and work with us to make sure everything was scheduled on time and you were completely satisfied! I’d highly recommend America’s Finest Carpet Company, San Marcos to anyone looking for quality flooring at a fair price. I had new carpet installed in my San Marcos home and the service I received from start to finish was outstanding. The company gave me a straight forward quote to include installation, moving furniture, and haul away of the old carpet. There were no hidden costs or unexpected extras. It was a straight forward transaction executed as promised. I was very pleased with the final product.

Worked with floor planner Mark Hancock to replace carpet in 5 bedrooms and lay engineered hardwood in the entryway and livingroom. Mark was fabulous to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to update your flooring needs and desires. Love the carpet and padding and also love the hardwood. Carpet installation was so awesome!!! Javier was lead for the carpet and he was the ultimate professional. Many many years of experience. The laying of the hardwood was also awesome!!! Angel and Oscar were fabulous to work with. They also installed all the baseboard and it all looks fabulous. Unfortunately, Angel needed to order more planks and our hallway and a closet is yet to be finished. I absolutely love what is done.

We had a short window of time to get some flooring installed before a big move. Serena helped us select the right flooring and guided the job so that we could meet our deadline. The install crew were fabulous, seeing that the laminate was perfectly level and all thresholds were correct. Furniture was protected and the kitchen was sealed off. Everything was cleaned up well. Great Job!!

I stopped at the San Marcos location, and spoke to a very knowledgeable Sales Associate. John Anthony Medina, he went beyond customer care. Even though he could not get me the product I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me in another direction after speaking to several people to verify my product was not available through them. Thank you agin for being so helpful and personable. I will definitely come in again when I am doing my next project and will refer John Anthony Medina to all my friends. I needed carpet installed within a week and they were able to make that happen. I worked with both Nicolette and Alex who were very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. The installer Javier did an amazing job working around the back office of a shoe store, which isn't easy. I will definitely be using them again, thank you!

We had a great experience with America’s Finest Carpet when we had the carpet in our condo replaced. Nicolette was fantastic at helping us choose a carpet and setting up the installation. Our new carpet feels and looks amazing. We didn’t feel pressured at all when looking around the showroom. They have a lot of other flooring options besides carpet, so we would definitely return when/if we change out other flooring in our condo.

We just ordered new carpet from America's Finest Carpets on 2959 Manchester Ave. in Cardiff,92007. I can't wait until it's installed. We had a difficult time deciding which style and color would look best. Nicolette and Alex that work there were so helpful and patient with us. Picking out just the right carpet, it took awhile; but we made our final decision and are very happy with our experience.

6 weeks ago we began a project to remove 25 year old parquet and tile from our home. We moved everything out, put a storage POD in the driveway, drove a daily path to the community center with donations from our 12 year life here. Nicollette and team, Angel and Angel (father and son), at America's Finest Carpet in Encinitas worked expertly and awesomely! From demolition through a detailed installation of vinyl plank and carpet these folks are PRO!!!
